Pannukakku

Pannukakku (BUNN-ew-guck-ew) is a baked pancake that is made with eggs. Pannukakku puffs up in the oven. It sinks as it cools. It is crusty on top but gooey inside, like custard. Pannukakku is sliced and served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and powdered sugar.
